Real estate and housing market is at its best in Warsaw. If you are student or businessman or family looking for renting studio, flat or appartment in the center of capital of Poland, you have some options.

First of all, you have to know is characteristics and customson polish rental market.

Garanty.
You need to consider 1 month garanty for Owner, which means that it should be given back to you in the end of rental. Of course if state of rented appartment did not worsen.

Price.
When you rent, you usually rent for price including already administration fee. It is important to clear with Owner, who pays it. The most costly is rental in the very center. Center district called Śródmieście will make you pay 1,5 tys. zl per month plus medias for medium size studio ex. 25 sq.m. If you want to rent double rooms appartment it might cost you between 2 tys. and 3 tys. zlotych. Best offers find its customers within 2-3 days. Finding appartment with garage means almost automatically price above 2 thousands zlotych. If you want it new andrefrashed – repainted etc. you might have to book it with advance.

You will find their offices in biggest mole centers or in the center of the city by main roads. You can buy mobile internet to be used with your mobile phone or laptop, or you can buy cable version to be used at home. Average cost should be around 60-90 zl per month..
